This spring I’ve had the privilege to spend a lot of time on trail pacing friends in their events. It’s been fun and so very rewarding to watch them finish goal races – with smiles all around.
Virginia Happy Trails Running Club MMT training run – a cold and snowy run in the Massanuttens. Beautiful views, frosty temperatures, good friends on trail…a fun day!
A 42 mile run in the Massanuttens with the VHTRC on a lovely late December day with temperatures in the 60’s…ahhh. Life is good.
“Doubly happy, however, is the man to whom lofty mountain tops are within reach.” -John Muir
Last weekend I had the privilege of volunteering, crewing and pacing for the AMAZING runners who ran the VHTRC MMT100. It was incredibly fun, rewarding and inspiring. Here are a few sights from my pacing miles. Enjoy!
